@lolitechengineer @hakui nigger this thread is about hakui having no problem with DEI casting and enjoying The Odyssey (2026) and defending it when Dad was shitting on it

are you in favor of this kind of behavior? It sounds like you're trying to jump in on his side here

I don't care about shitty stuff. I like good stuff. If people didn't reward shitty people for making shitty stuff it wouldn't be a problem.
I like talking about and sharing good stuff.
in reply to 御園はくい

@hakui @lolitechengineer she's not but why are you trying to deflect from your jewish opinions and love of jewish movies full of DEI casting by making effortposts and personal attacks

you could just stop consuming goyslop and people would stop making fun of you

in reply to 御園はくい

@hakui @lolitechengineer but the movie is bad. It's low quality trash. It shits all over the source material and has no respect or reverence for one of the greatest stories ever told

you can't like it without hating everything good and holy

in reply to 御園はくい

@hakui @lolitechengineer the divine council is never depicted, the gods are only shown in dreams and visions and never manipulating events directly or shown as being an active living part of the world, everything about Circe is a disgrace, Odysseus has fucking PTSD over Troy, Antinous is depicted as an irredeemable villain and antagonist instead of a normal dude with reasonable motivations like the original story, why didn't Telemachus execute the unfaithful maids, Odysseus never deceives Polyphemus, the island of the Lotus Eaters is completely omitted and worked into some tv slop scene that belongs in a sci-fi channel original series, where is Aeolus with the bag of wind, where are the Phaeacians

why has the theme and morality of the story been changed from "glory and righteous revenge" to "atonement and the consequences of violence"

did you even see the movie or are you just rage baiting it's time to come clean

in reply to

@s8n @lolitechengineer >the gods must literally show themselves and do their thing like a marvel movie or it doesn't count
nigga what did you think poseidon was doing all this while
>Antinous is depicted as an irredeemable villain
no he's not
>Odysseus never deceives Polyphemus
this is true but it doesn't ruin the entire story

>why has the theme and morality of the story been changed from "glory and righteous revenge"
that's the illiad. unless you're talking about the cleansing of the suitors, which it still is
>to "atonement and the consequences of violence"
nope it's the consequences of abandoning honor starting with odysseus disregarding the proper rules of engagement in war with the trojan horse

>did you even see the movie
i know you didn't

in reply to

@ @Nicholas Conrad @御園はくい @Dad Stop complaining, I'm a decade more then you motherless and fatherless and I do not regret it it is not an excuse besides when they insult your mom I agree with your anger but it derives from the point, which is the movie.. if you thought you are unique you are not. And I understand your anger when they start about mom's and dad's etc while you had none. Also try to be less racist please. Well in fact you are unique as each is, even with same or worse situations in life does not matter to the point> you started to insult with mother pornhub sex where are the proofs?
in reply to Plan-A̵̛͈̬̥̿͋̓͛̕

@zer0unplanned @nicholas i've already laid out my stance on the movie but he keeps trying to egg me on to say more so he can say i'm trying to ~defend the movie~

since there's nothing further i want to say about the movie the only thing i can reply with is to insult him and his mother

in reply to Goal𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝓮𝓻

@Goal𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝓮𝓻 @Dad yeah, can't I hate Cinema's and mostly IMAX, also the people. So we have to w8 3 months before it is available on any streaming platform.. Also when I saw the trailers of it .. a bit to modern depicted/futuristic for that time but gotta watch the movie before judging.
Something that amazes me of Nolan. Seems from trailer like some Hollywood show action movie with unreal at that time elements etc.
Unlike Oppenheimer where he really made a good movie.
in reply to Plan-A̵̛͈̬̥̿͋̓͛̕

@zer0unplanned Youtube has it.

youtube.com/watch?v=VwdoA0_t2v…

in reply to Dad

@Dad Popcorntime and Tubi as well I presume.. But I want the original full from 1997
As the Archives offer often a download.
Fuck Nolan, I thought he was a good Movie maker but I saw some trailers and it tells me enough.. over exagerated with visuals and IMAX no streaming the 1st 3 months fuck him.
Oppenheimer was better.
@Dad
in reply to Dad

@Dad Be aware that most of them (90%) are malware but designed for windows only.
Saw that new movies trailer with that Spartan's helmet? Like one made in 2030 better then Batman's one and the rest pure Action little truth and on top restricted.
Just by watching the trailers I can tell this is the badest movie he made ever even if it broke the ticket log in IMAX Cinema's..
@Dad
in reply to Plan-A̵̛͈̬̥̿͋̓͛̕

@zer0unplanned @coolboymew yea it is my favourite cryptocoin but ultimately I do not understand the technology behind it fully and its very possible that they could pull the rug somehow from below me or us.

Plus it is a digital thing, you need to make sure you keep it without losing it, and then if the network ever collapses for whatever reason you lose it all, you need to find ways to switch it for legal tender and back, its just a mess. And todays worlds is too unstable for me to put money into Monero.

in reply to ergo

@ergo @cool_boy_mew @Dad They wont pull the rug as the maker is still in prison as he did not wanted to share the source code of Monero and there is a bounty from FBI since years of 800K $ to the one that can crack that code. That code is very safe and if not the safest and most private in cryptocoins. I'm not gonna lay out all things that make it as such but only the transaction on itself is unhackable.
in reply to ergo

@ergo @cool_boy_mew @Dad The Monero is open source and the founder is in prison for charges of 378 charges of fraud and forgery unrelated to cryptocurrency. But reality is because he did not wanted to de anonmyse what he created.
It is not the FBI but the IRS that issued a bounty to decode the transaction method in it.. The goal was not to "crack the code" to destroy Monero, but to create forensic tools capable of de-anonymizing transactions for tax evasion and criminal investigations.
They simply can NOT track your transactions. aka the Lightning Network. It is designed as such and to trace back transactions is near to impossible.

Unlike Bitcoin, where the blockchain is a transparent ledger, Monero’s blockchain uses Ring Signatures, Stealth Addresses, and RingCT to obfuscate transaction details. The ledger exists and is public, but the data within it is cryptographically masked.
The bounty was not to "crack" or destroy the blockchain code itself, but to develop tools that could analyze the blockchain and successfully link obscured inputs and outputs to real-world identities.
To date, no entity has claimed the bounty by demonstrating a reliable method to trace Monero transactions on the live blockchain. The network continues to operate securely with its privacy features intact.
It's privacy lies in the transaction method..
Monero transactions achieve complete privacy by default through three simultaneous cryptographic layers that hide the sender, receiver, and amount:

Ring Signatures (Hides the Sender): When you send Monero, your transaction is grouped with 15 decoy outputs from the blockchain to form a "ring" of 16.

This proves funds were spent without revealing which specific input in the ring was the real one, providing plausible deniability for the sender.

Stealth Addresses (Hides the Receiver): Instead of sending funds directly to a public address, the sender generates a unique, one-time stealth address for that specific transaction.

Only the recipient, using their private view key, can detect and access these funds, preventing anyone from linking the payment to their public identity.

RingCT (Hides the Amount): Ring Confidential Transactions use Pedersen commitments to encrypt the transaction value.
This allows the network to mathematically verify that no new coins were created (inputs equal outputs) without ever revealing the actual amounts transferred.

Additionally, Dandelion++ obscures the transaction's origin IP address by routing it through a random path of nodes before broadcasting it to the network, further preventing network-level surveillance.

in reply to cool_boy_mew

@cool_boy_mew @ergo @Dad Look, it is not your PC or OS that determines your security.
Whatever OS I used I never been hacked in contrary yes, but that is a long while ago and recorded and I did my time for it and payed still do btw.. Try2Hack me with it's ambigious questions are easy pie for me I did more , Cisco networking where I reached a moderate and CompTia+ network. And as such I will tell you one needs no AV even not Clam and that security is based on your settings and browsing hygiene and encryption. Also the network monitoring and keeping your system up to date which is browsing hygiene.
The single failure in each hack is the human aspect, now we can contest that with AI's going rogue ok, yet it remains the human factor.
Are you apt for phishing mails or other interactions as sms , did you left your real phone number on the internet? Did you clicked an URL before checking it? is your own defence up till browser and up to date? How did you set up up your connection? What about your DNS? etc it is all human factor.
And a phletora of things I can name else.
A good tip is start with your AP ( Access Point ) or Router. did one ever really bolstered it? The encrypted DNS starts there for ISP not to see what you doing if you make your own Wireguard trough a VPS, set a real password on it as those are in a db somewhere you have. change the SSID name, set auto update, and change default ports mostly 22,80, and some others to a random one you know. There is 1st set up.
What is connected to that AP? I set wifi off and use a LAN cable. So I keep pressing on the wifi button on my router for 5 seconds and it goes permanently off
I'll leave the rest for you to discover.

>i think people just dont make viruses anymore for Windows because nobody uses windows seriously anymore
looool
You're wrong. Malware is still being written for it because of govs counter intelligence, see for example how many freeware/shareware Israel owns.
A majority of govs still use microslop so it turned to ransomware.

And more importantly, the economical model of viruses shifted from illegal operation to legal operations, a large quantity of them either legalized themselves as it turns out it's people's fault if they agree to have their data stolen in the EULA as it's written "we use your data to maintain our services".
So they don't need to even scam you out of your money, they're the one selling it to data brokers.

in reply to cool_boy_mew

@cool_boy_mew @Dad They say that to not use an AV on Windows but rather just the Windows defender, truth is and I wish I could screenshot it to you at past windows pc's I had troyans etc despite this defender and mostly I want a pc bare metal no Co-Pilot bs etc so I use a refurbished Intell iMac instead and it's a castle to wannabee's trying to get in.

@coolboymew @zer0unplanned
Wrong. It's only decent on recent hardware performance wise, and I've seen it detect software and script like the anti bloat 11 script as malware (suspicious false positiveisn't it), and even if you deactivate it in the GPOs, microslop will still update and launch it from time to time.
This software is malware itself.

@mangeurdenuage 🌿 @cool_boy_mew @Dad On a fresh out the box windows what is your 1st thing to do? After initial system start and give a name and etc is open your terminal and use HomeBrew. Then castle your OS.
In case of windows I'll buy an USB to dual boot Linux then rather.
in reply to Plan-A̵̛͈̬̥̿͋̓͛̕

No internet connection.
Disable ""fast boot".
Shutdown.
Restart.
Define 8GB of swap on a 12GB specific partition (if you're using an hdd).
Shutdown.
Restart.
Install Trisquel GNU/linux as a recovry dual boot.
Shutdown.

Create a non admin user profile/session
Move the $user home into a dedicated data partition (if your using an hdd).
Move user data (if any).
Configure default software.
Configure user software (Thunderbird, Firefox bookmarks etc...)
Do an image disk of the rig
Burn it to an optical disc
Restore image disk on another storage to see if it works
If it works, give back the computer with maintenance sheet and optical disc to the user

@mangeurdenuage 🌿 @Dad @cool_boy_mew dual boot works differently on an iMac mostly the Intell ones..
Less steps way less and simple as it is just UEFI settings > set to dual boot then get that .iso on rufus to burn on USB and then stick usb in while it's out keep push for dual boot and that is practically it for me.

@mangeurdenuage 🌿 @cool_boy_mew @Dad XOS in my BIO! : )
There is Mac and Mac like Silicon ARM I use AMD still just a refurbished one so it gets enough RAM and CPU. And honestly it is way better then Windows crap Bill gates worm screen.. and much more secure also without all that AI etc .
The Security is not the pc but the person whereas Windows makes all efforts to disclose your security.

@zer0unplanned
The ClamAV virus database is still updated as it's independent, but the creator of the software said he abandoned developing it and moved to GNU/linux, but if someone present himself to continue development for it he's be glad to help.
As for malwarebytes, they've been going to shit since they got bought by an Israel company just like ccleaner.
In the current year, there's 0 proper anti malware tool for microslop.
