She gave us the most bestest compliment. She said when the doctor asked how she managed to gain five pounds instead of losing she blamed me.
She says the constant flow of muffins, scones and pies gives her something to snack on when she feels well enough.
She also got sweet hugs from Summer who had been cleaned up and brushed before she went calling.
I have been blamed for worse things I'm sure.
Today Summer helped with the baking. I asked if I was putting in too many blueberries. She says you can't put in too many blueberries.
Summer is almost always right so I went with adding the extra berries.

A cab driver broke my walker today. He was being too forceful with it, ignored my plea for him to stop and that I'd get it, and broke the back rest on my walker. I'm so upset because this impacts my ability to get around and out a lot. I reported him to the cab company, and the manager said she'll have the boss call me in the morning.
