TIL #JohnColtrane has his own version of a song written in 1941 for a movie in which a character dresses as a different character Vassily Vassilievitch who then appears, at night, at the window of a lady who he then sings to "While My Lady Sleeps". Yeah, I went looking for that for tonight's Hashtag Games only to find #ChetBaker and John Coltrane mentioned as performers instead of Nelson Eddy. The movie is Chocolate Soldier.
