Ketosis for Life
When I say ketosis for life I am not saying to be in a state of ketosis for the rest of your life. I am saying that being in a state of ketosis is a healing state that will increase the quality of your life.
The more research you do the more support you find for the benefits of actively and daily entering into ketosis. It is in this state that our body begins autophogy (takes out the trash). We should be in a state of ketosis at least once a day. Though the modern high carbohydrate diet and processed foods keep people out of ketosis due to their insulin resistance. use a script editor paste this in then chmod+x motd.sh to make it executable..
You'll need Lolcat, Cowsay and Fortune, for some also figlet art.
This script generates a daily motd with a rotating to 5 Quote and daily Animal or lolcat art.
you can add Quotes at heart and how you like them.
And I forgot but fortune as it's a fortune cookie in some way
