I've been listening to the entire argument before the Supremes today and now am hearing problems with the SCOTUSblog analysis on CSPAN.
All the experts are wrong and I'm correct for the same reason I was when the War Powers Act was first passed/ratified and since:
Legislature cannot alter the U.S. Constitution without passing an Amendment thereto, and the Constitution states that the powers of the President are enumerated, none are "inherent", and what's not enumerated is reserved for the States or the People.
