obviously didn't hear about that AMAZING drone sneak attack that NOBODY knew or saw coming from Ukraine a few months back. It did a TON of damage. That's going in the history books after Zelenskyy is declared the new Churchill. You don't let a bully thump you without thumping back.
But watching Trump constantly complain about Biden's role in the Ukraine war, is like a farmer complaining the horses started the fire in the barn β instead of putting out the flames.
Trump is petty and hopeless, and was probably stupid enough to think Putin was his friend, only to be humiliated that Putin makes a fool out of him. But he's right that the US had been forcing Ukraine to fight with one hand tied behind its back. It prolonged the war. Had Ukraine been able to wreck Russia's oil production two years ago, surely they'd be in a much better position now.
@bodhipaksa very true, although the exact same complaint could be made about European decisions β think about the lack of delivery of the German Taurus cruise missiles for instance. Or the French LeClerc tanks which Macron promised but never came.
@bodhipaksa The Orange is worse since he doesn't even deliver weapons (they lost a lot of territory because of non delivery while Biden was president and republicans blocked it, also the Orange paused deliveries recently) or he wants a lot of money for them. I wonder what the current state is. I doubt it's any better than before.
@DebErupts Thatβs because he canβt read his intelligence briefings. He is incapable of taking information in, processing it and acting accordingly.
he takes any opportunity to shit on his predecessor. in this case, he might be giving himself an excuse to actually help Ukraine. But it's probably just a political message
He wants credit. Give it to him. Get missiles and plausible defense agreements. That's all this means. There is no other relevance and probably no complications except for Trump's unpredictability.
Heavens... these messages should come with a warning "do not read". My husband just rushed down from the first floor to the kitchen to check if I was okay, as I - whilst reading Trumps "words" - had shouted a very loud "A**HOLE".
Ukraine attacks Russia with their homemade weapons. He's blaming Biden for not allowing them to attack Russia with US made weapons.
Seems to me he's actually managed to be not entirely wrong.
If this means there will be a new shipment of US weapons on the way to Ukraine without that restriction, that's a good thing. It's not entirely impossible that he could drop his allegiance with Putin, just like he did with Elon Musk, but I won't believe it until I see it.
I must say I agree that Biden was grossly incompetent in imposing red lines on Ukraine and giving sanctuary to #russia.
Many military analysts agree that there's a chance Ukraine could have won years ago if it had not been stopped from attacking so stupidly.
History will not judge Biden well on this. Here's hoping trump decides to do what he did with javelins years ago after Obama's cowardice, and allow #Ukraine to attack as much as it wants when it is ready to go on the offensive.

It was one of the worst decisions Biden made.
