A post from Justin Wolfers (@JustinWolfers ) on X, posted 9 hours ago, reads: "Trump’s first term included two economic masterstrokes — warp speeding the vaccine, and appointing the Fed Chair who engineered a soft-landing — and oddly enough, he disavows both of them."

That muddled post doesn't make any sense at all. Not only did he not "warp speed" vaccines, but if he had it wouldn't have been an "economic masterstroke". The vaccines were more about public health, and saving lives.

Even if he were responsible for warp speed, he was responsible for destroying the group in charge of pandemic preparedness so he opened the door to catastrophe, and once out of office he egged on the lunatics fighting the efforts to contain the disease. He could have saved thousands of lives but he chose instead to make it ten times worse, and the next pandemic will be nearly impossible to stop because of the damage he has done in the name of cruelty, narcissism and spite.
