Conversely, I hate it when the city's librarian regards anyone who enjoys classical music as pretentious. There was this once when I went to one of the public library's activities (adult coloring book stuff) and she asked the group what music they'd like Pandora to play. Nobody raised their hands so I raised mine and said "Anything by any Strauss". She came back with "I can't find that on Pandora"....and some minutes later, she brought up some tunes, the first of which was Radetzky's March...to which I began tapping my fingers, mimicking the galloping beat it had. When it was over I said, "I thought you said you couldn't find any Strauss"...whereupon she changed the subject. That was one GOTCHA that backfired.

Editing to add that this particular march is one that I have on looped repeat at home and I CRANK THAT THING!!
