@Neko @Riker Googling Yes, but classic Dr. Who was more about science and peculiarities of human nature and less of the soap opera in a sci-fi backdrop it's become in recent years.
it might help to clarify the question: is Doctor Who truly a story; is Doctor Who a story presenting truth: is Doctor Who a story with true verifiable facts? The one thing I think it isn't is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
