The Allies of a Tyrant
I was watching a series set in BCE time called Atlantis. It occurred to me as I watched the evil queen drive away her greatest allies that when a person tries to rule by fear then they end up with mostly cowards for allies. That is what happens when you drive away those with valor and kill off the courageous among your allies. Is it really wise to attempt to rule by fear?
