I’ve been saying when the #AI bubble pops, it’s going to be so disastrous it will make the dot com bust pale in comparison.

Almost every online platform and SAAS I use has gone all-in on “integrating” AI in some form.

and 2 more wrinkles i saw the other day: the data center boom is what is keeping the commercial property market afloat. so the ai bubble is going to take down the property market, and most retail investment products are now deeply linked to ai. anyone with savings is going to get hit

Except in Stillwater OK, where the headline in today is how locals are suing Google over the data center it's building there, not the least of which was the big fishkill in the neighborhood.
