Well, I sort of agree, and I absolutely support the sentiment behind your post. But if we want to quibble, a man in some states can be charged with statutory rape for having consensual sex with a specific young woman, while a man in some other states state would not have broken the law by engaging in the same sexual relationship with the same young woman.

@greenWhale @spamless So many men try to what if a statement about discrimination against women by giving an example they claim is a male equivalent but applies equally to men and women (like age of consent - a girl who's sleeping with a 15 yr old at 17 but turns 18 before the partner turns 16 can also go to jail in some states). The other day a man tried to compare being asked about alcohol consumption at doctor visits to women being asked about their last period.
