@fanbot So--WWV is back on 11 meters, then. I don't know about it being "underutilized", though, as it's pretty quirky unless the station's nearby the receiver. My guess is that WWV's presence is just an item of nostalgia, just like the claim that Venezuela contains U.S. property. #Citgo CB used to be interesting when one found truckers on those bands like in its licenseless heyday, and interesting when you had to apply for a license and its intended use was for citizens to participate in weather disaster handling. Those good ole days are gone forever whether you utilize 11 meters or not.
