There is a bug in Friendica, that I still have not tracked down that causes uploaded images to be made private even when your default is for them to be public. I mention this because your image is not visible to me it is just a place holder.

If you edit the image and check the permissions I am certain that it is not set to public. You can edit that there. Sorry for the inconvenience.
