in reply to Bob the Traveler • •To put a somewhat finer point on it, the Geneva Frequency Plan was for mediumwave broadcasters and doesn't have a whole lot to with the other frequencies in the link mention. More to that point would be the ITU founded in 1909 (International Telecommunications Union) and the latter day HFCC, under the ITU.
