What this article doesn't say is that the US Postal Service was never meant to be a "business". It's a SERVICE. Republicans have been undermining that service since the Bush administration in 2006. They want desperately to privatize it. It's part of Project 2025.

I don't care what your intent was, it still comes across as being malicious because of the whole entire doxing fad. Age-verification laws are a backdoor for #surveillance.
Remember, any time legislators demand that you give them the ability to monitor your activities using the tired excuse of “think of the children!”: they really don’t give a shit about the children. They only want to monitor you.
If they really think social media is addictive and bad for children, they’d regulate the industry, instead of asking everyone to upload a video of their ID and/or faces to verify their identity.

@tlwvision Yeah. It’s very unfortunate, but in a grim way, it may be a good way to measure the effect of such legislation. Sadly the result will probably not surface until five years or more has gone by.
@Trixi Schutzo The herd to have acceptance on social media! What a show! Go with what most tell and you in that herd cluster. So that makes that many don't have their own real opinion or made a study about what they say > they repeat what the herd tells them.
