Note to myself
No not the Prather #book..
It all worked out. The #anxiety turned into a solid plan that kept me on time on track and on course. I got what I needed. It didn't cost quite as much as I #feared. I still have #energy left and I wasn't #exhausted physically or #mentally (though I did have to stop and regroup a couple of times).
Small wins.
I had an insanely good #coffee, and hammered out about 4 pages worth of thoughts. BY HAND. Writing by hand is #liberating. If you keep your #writing "reasonably" neat you can OCR it into a digital document later. Well, I OCR it. Very useful.
Possibly my one and only post on P/politics
Speaking of #anxiety, #mentalhealth and so on.... I must profess to being in the minority when it comes to [the current year].
Or any year.
I've been disillusioned for the better part of the last 30 years. I do not want to "engage" with 'Big P' Politics, or 'small p' politics.
I'm struggling to get support and services for the injuries I suffered from a stroke. You know, typing and using your hands, not being perpetually exhausted, being able to see things in focus, not being over-stimulated by movement or sound (autistic readers are nodding sagely round about now...). It's taking up a lot of my mental time, energy and strength just surviving.
As a wise man once said, "I'm too old for this shit".
I may post some writing if I'm not feeling shy.

I know that feeling very well since decades, now I get meds for CPTS (still now for the time being but they want to crack that down) I resort to vaping Indica weed , Kush favorably as it calms and relaxes and get the fear for the unknown away. As very last resort if they take it all> will be alcohol again which of none of them I recommend but we are trapped in a vicious cycle due to youth traumatic events recurring more then once. Keeps me look young but inside I'm broken. Such is life.. I wish you best in any case.
