I am typically a black coffee drinker. I love coffee, especially my favorite Dark Roast. Though since I have seen some evidence that medium roast, which I do not care for, has higher CBA and is healthier for you; I have been reluctantly switching. I also had a need to get more animal fats (not poisonous vegetable fats) in my diet I decided to make a compromise. Heavy cream (whipping cream) Is a great source of healthy fat. So I came up with the following.

• 2 tbs 100% CACAO (I use Hershey's Cocoa Special Dark)
  
• 2 tsp Instant Coffee medium roast (I use Nescafe)
  
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  
• 1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon (Cassia cinnamon is fine)
  
• 2 tsp Allulose (to taste)
  
• 6 oz Unsweetened almond milk
  
• 4 oz Heavy cream (whipping cream)

Heat up almond milk in microwave, add dry ingredients and stir until completely incorporated. Add heavy cream and stir again, if you are not going to heat it back up (the cream will cool it considerably) then add vanilla and stir. If you are heating it back up to enjoy hot then add vanilla after heating it up.

I only use the instant coffee because I have some to use up. It would be just as practical to use real coffee about 4 oz with 2 oz almond milk. There is also nothing wrong with regular whole fat milk, I just love almond milk. Though never use lowfat milk or lowfat anything. Lowfat products are usually sweetened and you do not need the extra carbs and even if they have no added sugars (think high fructose corn syrup that can now legally be labeled as natural flavoring) the process of removing the fat increases the carbs. Your body should not be exposed to unwrapped carbs. Carbs should be earned by your body having to extract it from fibers or fats. Not just poured into the blood stream (what happens when they are unwrapped). The volume of ingredients is based on the need to fit it in my favorite 12 oz coffee mug. 😉

There are a few vegetable fats that are not dangerous. Cold Pressed Single Sourced olive oil is great. Though if it does not say cold pressed, it is not. Single sourced is important because you do not want a mix of questionably sourced olive oil that may not be what it is labeled as. Naturally Refined avocado oil. If you are using it for low temp cooking or as an ingredient (say in mayonnaise) unrefined is fine. Unrefined avocado oil has an extremely low smoke point and is unsuitable for high temp cooking. Though refined avocado oil has the highest smoke point of any oil we currently use to cook with. If you see some article or cookbook referring to avocado oil as a low temp cooking oil, they are referring to unrefined avocado oil (and should have noted such). Coconut oil is great and coconut MCT oil is a great way to add some healthy fat to your drinks. Cold pressed is important because if it is not cold pressed then chemicals that are known to be hazardous to human health are used to extract the oils from the vegetation. Not to mention that these oils will be made rancid by these chemicals and then deodorized by other chemicals. So you are eating food cooked in rancid deodorized oil, or even worse you decided to use that oil as an ingredient! There are a few seed oils that if cold pressed are healthy though they are rarely found in markets and extremely expensive. Remember, if it does not say cold pressed it is not. Keep in mind that not all seeds and grains can have the oil extracted without a chemical process (think rapeseed oil (aka: canola oil), corn oil and mixed vegetable oil (usually just referred to as vegetable oil). These are toxic and should never be consumed by human beings (or other animals).

I am not the typical user crying about privacy. I have a policy that if I want something to be private I do not share it on an international network. As an Instances Admin I do take keeping the information given during registration private seriously. The only information I ask for though is a valid email for verification to slow down spam account registration and I do not give out anyone's email. Though I am not referring to information given to signup for a service. I am talking about posts and comments made on Social Media. If you want it private, do not share it. It does not matter if it was sent private to only one person or a small group. Screen shots are a real thing. Anyone in your group can decided to share it. Now of course I do not endorse such behavior and would ban a user from my instance for doing such a thing if it was brought to my attention.

With that said. I did something today I rarely do. In fact I have only done it once before on Fedi and it was because the individual was an unabashed racist. I actually blocked my second user on Fedi. Because they openly admitted in a post that they shared content from a DM. DM or PM it is still private to me. Now it was not a DM from me. I have very few DMs and I like to keep it that way. But anyone that is going to be so dishonorable as to share what was said in private between another user has no place on my friends list. No, I did not tell them or warn them. I just took their behavior as a recommendation to remove them from my circle. There is no way I will abide such behavior. If they had been a member of my instance, I would have banned them.

Today I stopped procrastinating a much required task. I leveled my camper! 😀 I have been meaning to for a month now though it kept raining on my off days. It was really frustrating. At first the camper was fairly level and it was no big deal. It just needed stabilizers to keep it steady as I moved around the camper. Then I decided to move my camper closer to the utilities and leveling became a real need. I had a head cold yesterday so I slept all day and was up a lot earlier than I ordinarily would be. So I decided to make good use of the time and level out the camper. I am really making a big deal out of nothing but it makes me happy so I will celebrate it if I choose! 😉

So, how did I end up living in a camper in a RV Resort? It is not a brand new camper, I bought it for $4,000 cash and it is a decade old. I sold my land and house that I owned outright but was still to expensive for me to maintain. By staying at the RV Resort I save a lot on expenses. It is just the adjustment of learning to live in a 24 foot camper. Folks, I have had closets bigger than this! 😉

I had a pretty good day yesterday. I sold my land and paid off my camper. So now I live full time in a campground. Which is fine with me. I also discovered an old savings account that I had assumed was closed actually still had a few hundred dollars in it. I like those kind of surprises.

With the camper payments cleared up my monthly budget will be a lot better off. By better off I mean money I can spend on me rather than just surviving. Someday, if I live to 120, I will be able to retire. 😉 That is thanks to our (American) ever failing economy largely due today to the stimulus handouts (at least for now it has had many other catalysts in the near past). Nothing is for nothing, those handouts cost us significantly. Though the band-aid on a gaping wound bought us a few more years (at a significant cost). I am not going to go into a deep dive on economics as few people really care and those that do rarely have taken the time to educate themselves significantly on the topic. I am a Software Architect and I will leave the economic debates to those that have the desire to argue about something we will not be empowered to fix in any case. I will stick to my domain of mastery. Allowing the Dunning & Kruger experts their room to shine. 😉
