I keep my simple to make great things with healthy veggies and 1-2 pieces fruit, as fat only olive oil, I pre bought a lot before that price will skyrocket soon and all the best you can get for mostly Mediterranean style using the plate system. Only white flesh or fish or eggs as protein.
Quiona and veggies have the rest of all goods, also Chia seed (as replacement of Sugar) or just to survive, other seeds and herbs as well.
Moving the body enough each day and sleep enough each day.

Minimalism, those things cost less then a random type or call for delivery or eat to fat, to much sugar omg, to much coffee and they put milk in it? add that sugar as well. and rest is all but good. People prefer a microwave pre made plate with whatever instead growing their needs..
That is the system's fault again, telling people by ads what to eat and make an imaginary pyramid of food chain that should be reversed. Time, people must work, people must have children and a wife and a house with loans therefor they must work and have nearly no time to live like it should.
