No thank you. Rust has its domain, as do all languages. It is not suitable for all purposes. Despite Rust's training wheel approach, I still prefer C for system programming and Haskell, Ocaml or Perl 6 (Raku) for compilers and domain specific language transpilers. C++ for Games and Java for business applications. A developer with one language at their disposal is a lot like a carpenter with only a hammer.
