Well, something weird just happened to this instance--it lost data or something when it hiccuped because I can't bring up tonight's #HashtagGames outside of the one boost I made from FriendicaMyPortal....which is where I had to go to find it.
But this is the end of the story--today's adventures with Rogue began when I simply tried to reach it. My browser blocked it because of some kind of certificate issue, announced that it was Untrusted, and demanded that I make an Exception--and it never ever has done that before.
Did any of this happen to you today, @plan-A ?

Due to an update in
selinux targetsthe automatic update for my cert with Let's Encrypt failed asselinuxblockedcertbotfrom renewing my certificate. Unfortunately the problem did not arise until I had to go to work. I tweakedselinuxthough Let's Encrypt had my renewal attempts on hold due to many failed attempts. It took most of the night before I could get my certificate renewed.Vivaldikept indicating a warning until I restarted the browser.Sorry about the inconvenience.

in reply to Unus Nemo • •Thanks, Unus....but I'm finding in addition to yesterday's mysteries, today's mystery is why you're showing up that I Blocked you when I didn't...and due to the blockage, I'll bet you can't read this response so I'm hoping @plan-A can copy this response and paste it to where you can see it, while I look at my settings to fix that situation.

I looked at Unus' profile expecting to find that drop-down menu by which I could unblock somebody, and there just isn't one. I certainly hope he's able to read this even though he's showing up as Blocked over here.

No, there has been no hack. The Instance is not compromised. You are blowing this way out of proportion. It was just a case of a certificate expiring. There has been no security issue with the instance.

Go to your contacts by clicking the contacts icon on the top of the screen. Choose the Blocked category and if I am there just remove me from blocked.
I am not sure how this would have happened though I assure you the Instance has not been compromised.

If @Radio Free Trumpistan cannot see my comments because of a block please be sure to pass this on. Though I know they have multiple accounts from other Instances so I am sure they can get to this comment. Even if I was blocked on one of them.

I am not sure that the block is something new. Keep in mind this is just conjecture and I do not know what happened on your side. It is possible that you inadvertently blocked me. Though both of your accounts are showing up as mutual friends to me. So I do not think that would happen if you blocked me.
The thing that makes me wonder is that I have responded to a couple of your posts in the near past and you never replied or reacted to the comment at all. That is not like you though I assumed you were just busy and did not pay attention to a comment on a post a few days old.
