This is a test post for Rogue's Project @Admin of Buddyverse to check out stuff at this wee hour.
First thing I checked was Settings Display and it remains unavailable to me. The first thing I wanted to do is turn off that infernal auto-refresh.
Now I'll see if I can successfully tag @UnusNemo and typing that in failed the auto-fill dropdown test so that tells me you're still blocked, alas. I'll have to DM you via My Portal, looks like.

in reply to Radio Free Trumpistan • •Unus, you still look blocked and when I checked my settings, I already have auto-refresh turned off as it was originally, so I don't understand why auto-refresh happens anyway.

...edited to add that I did change theme, not finding a default, and it's not the dark theme. I'm trying to find the Drag Files thing and that's disappeared, dang it. I want to add a screenshot of how you're displayed as blocked and can't find it. I realize I could just drag the file without it but I typically click on the option to browse my file folders in order to locate the image. If I drag only, there's no way I can go find the file without manually launching file explorer first, and that's a pain. You'll just have to take my word on it.

I had to turn off the javascript uploader addon I was using for now as it is broken. Still looking for a fix on that issue. Though I can still choose files by clicking where it says 'Drop files here to upload.'
Auto refresh only kicks in when you have scrolled to the bottom of posts loaded, if it is turned off you get a button that loads more posts instead of the UI loading them by your scrolling past what is available. Auto refresh does not control the way the UI handles scrolling when the posts are refreshed, such as after you have commented or liked something.
I have noticed that after adding a comment the UI will not always put me back to where I was and I have to scroll back down, or up to find the comment I just added. Though this was true before the upgrade as well.
