Okay so you have a temp of 31c (87.8f) witha feel of 35c (95f). Is your body the standard 36c (98f)? I mention this because we have become creatures of comfort. I confess that I do keep my AC set to 26.6c (80f) so I am as guilty as everyone when it comes to wanting to control my environment. Even if I do use keeping my computer equipment cool as an excuse. Now the high humidity, yes I agree it is a killer. It will really drag me down. Though heat in itself does not bother me. I also find that by maintaining my home at 26.6c (80f) that I have less stress issues with rapid temperature change as I go from inside to outside a lot. The high humidity is not the best whether for running. Though the temperature never has bothered me except when it gets cold. I hate cold weather. When it drops below 21.1c (70f) I start piling on the sweaters. 😀
The ironic thing is that I work in a temperature controlled environment that stays between 1.1c (34f) and 4.4c (40f). I hate the cold though I have learned to use layers and willpower to tolerate the environment at work.
