In contrast to my physical feats I went out to a festival and got overwhelmed by noise, crowds, movement and everything.
Brain couldn't take it and my vision went wonky and I became physically tired very quickly. Should've taken my stick...
Bit disappointed but also informative.
TL;DR it's good to learn your limits.

Rehabilitation finished. My walking speed is better. Stride length longer. Stuff like that. Coordination better. Physical endurance better. Eyesight improving.
Mental endurance? Emotional lability/Pseudobulbar stuff.... Still out there. Not as good as it could be or a was. Nothing is as it was. It never will be.

Four hours: travel to doctor, get letter, go to shop, get food, use train, go to another shop get food, use train, go home.
Exhausted. Hate this. Lots of little things add up. But I did it, which is positive I suppose. And COULD do it.
30 mile bike ride was a joy today. Getting my fitness back.
Eyesight is improving with exercises to eye muscles.
Core is strengthening.
Still find balance is off when walking sometimes and crowds are overstimulating.
A work in progress.
