I've been listening to the entire argument before the Supremes today and now am hearing problems with the SCOTUSblog analysis on CSPAN.
All the experts are wrong and I'm correct for the same reason I was when the War Powers Act was first passed/ratified and since:
Legislature cannot alter the U.S. Constitution without passing an Amendment thereto, and the Constitution states that the powers of the President are enumerated, none are "inherent", and what's not enumerated is reserved for the States or the People.
Isn't it funny how the right constantly wrings their hands over how members of any societal group they don't like, be it trans people, gay people, or even just users of recreational drugs, need to lose a bunch of their rights because somehow, they are a danger to children?
And by "funny", I mean "infuriating", because so many of them are themselves the actual threat to children...

I'm sure everybody is sick up to the gills with all the #OpenEnrollment commercials splattering all media outlets like pigeon shit splattering a city--which is a case of health care making sick people. Anybody notice that it's all for #MedicareAdvantage and not for #ACA open enrollment, also currently active? The first A in ACA is likely the reason.
So all you newly retired people getting sucked in by enrolling into any Medicare Advantage program should keep in mind where the money for buying a lot of prime time AND off-prime time spot space comes from, because that's the same reason why they like to habitually deny coverage once you've been caught as a customer.
