I'm pretty sure that Barf was rubbing elbows with Dark Helmet at the bar after hours.

The Family Madrigal wasn't all that magical when you consider that most of it was pulled off by Bruno. That's why nobody talked about Bruno.

MeTV is where I've been catching Alfred Hitchcock Presents, marginalia of which I recommend highly although Alfred doesn't hit it out of da park each time. When he does, tho, it's a doozy.
I'm game, please keep me posted--I still have QWK packet readers, not the least of which is the SLiMR. Still a Greg Hewgill fan. Run Wildcat? I'd be all in.
Bookmarking that handsome fellow because he's a member of what I've called the Whitedot Tribe. If you look at his right forewing you'll see a solitary white dot in a particular orange cell of his forewing. Members of this tribe will have one white dot on that particualr cell on one wing or both wings but they're more overwhelmingly female. One just doesn't see many males with that marking, so I'm making particular note of that.

There seems to be some kind of debate online as to what song was on the B side of that record. AI claims that it's "King of the Wild Frontier" which is the name of the Crockett movie Parker was in. Some vintage record expert was saying that it was "Old Betsy", the name of the gun he was singing about. Then there was this guy on some forum that said it was Pat Brady signing about his Jeep. It just so happens I owned a 1963 Studebaker Lark that I named in honor of Brady's Jeep: Nelliebelle. But Brady was Roy Rogers' sidekick, so I have to wonder about that one.
I've heard 'em all. Now I just refer the clientele to my new partner. She knows how to handle 'em. Her name is Lucy.

Romper Room Do Bees and Don't Bees
...repeating an entry I made on My Portal which apparently didn't get out there.
I did have a few more squares to mark on my card, and I'm very tempted to check that Re-Used Corman Footage box but I confess I'm not at all familiar with all his works to make that call.
Well, if that was actually Lenore, I would have a 3-way bingo, but she's just an imposter.
That's because Vincent Price ALWAYS chews the scenery. What surprises me is that Jack Nicholson is in this along with the usual horror-all-stars in it.

This headline warrants a portrayal of Donald Trump as Evilene from The Wiz.
She didn't want no bad news either.
With apologies to Charles Emmanuel Smalls....
No bad news, no bad news
Don't you ever bring me no bad news
'Cause I'll make you an offer, Erika
That you cannot refuse
So don't you dare to bring me no bad news
When you're talking to me
Don't be cryin' the blues
'Cause don't nobody bring me no bad news
You can verbalize and vocalize
But just bring me the clues
But Erika McEntarfer, don't bring no bad news!!!
Alright, what she did with Emile's hands was icky. Marking that square on the bingo card.
----
Well, that now gives me a 2-way bingo.
It's but an hour in and I have a bingo. Mind Control did it.
.....ooops, I should have marked Horses....
This here #birb right here is an Effin' Bird Hawk Watcher who is PISSED.
At the hawk, of course, but I didn't know that until after several minutes of a #MississippiKite convention that caught my attention when I walked out the door earlier.
These Kites have 2 different calls: one is a straight 2-note exclamation point typically uttered by fledglings/juveniles, and one where the 2nd note involves vibrato, typically uttered by full grown adults. ALL members of this convention were screaming in the juvenile mode, then occasionally one would do a steep speedy dive then come up mid-tree level. Very odd if this was a sort of fledge ceremony, like graduation, for their young.
It took me til several minutes later to spy a terrified Red-Tailed #Hawk get flushed out of one tree to fly only two trees over for additional cover. Yeah, young and old were ganging up on this one hawk. Def qualifies as a Effin' Bird.

As #Cloudflare fucks the Internet, I get a sense of deja vu from the days of the 486 Windows 98 machines when it was the now-defunct Yatoula that was doing basically the same thing back then, only Yatoula wasn't the only entity out there doing it--Xiti comes to mind. I bring up Yatoula in particular because although I'm not a hacker per se, I was bent on getting my revenge by entering their server's back door.
Having done that, I ripped a lot of their animated GIFs and no doubt somebody somewhere over there noticed the breach. I still retain those GIFs as a collective trophy, celebrating the fact that Yatoula doesn't exist anymore. I'm sure the individuals running that operation went elsewhere, but no more Yatoula.
Cloudflare, take note.

Selling out 'principle for profit'
The FCC's lone Democrat, Anna Gomez, recently said that companies "are coming to the FCC to negotiate their capitulation." On Wednesday she said that's what Paramount's owners-in-waiting are doing, granting the FCC "never-before-seen controls over newsroom decisions and editorial content." She went on to say, "They are also happy to undermine efforts to combat discrimination and expand equal opportunity. How easy it is to sell out principle for profit."
Just when I thought of an actually useful task for Google's AI, things got complicated right off the bat.
First, I heard the news via DW that 190 countries recognized #Palestine as a state. Okay, so I don't need to click on any specific website to answer the question "how many countries are there?".
When #AIOverview popped right up it said 195, as recognized by the #UN, it also had a fine print disclaimer that it does make mistakes. Never saw THAT one before today. But lower on the page there was cited a website that claimed there were 248. Then Reddit said that there were at least 193 but as many as 206. Uhhhhhh....
It took another link on that page to sort all of this out so I guess I really did need to click on a link to a website after all: Wikipedia's page on "United Nations geoscheme" and got the info that the number 248 covered non-sovereign dependencies, while the number 193 covered nations that were UN members, to which one would add 2 observer nations: Vatican and Palestine.
Bottom line is that 190 of whatever the number now recognize the State of Palestine.
